Knowing how to appreciate good food is one of those things that my Dad taught all of us ever since we have teeth. He condemns fast food and gets grouchy if the food is not up to standard. Megan and i even had to go behind his back to eat at Mcdonald's.

My family is obsessed with this butter. The French always do it better and once you've tasted this, the others just won't do any justice. It's almost like a point of no return.

It was a last minute decision to go for the 2nd April SIA interview. I didn't want to put too much effort into it, fearing that I might get rejected and my disappointment would be greater. But I count myself very lucky to be able to pass through SIX DAMNED STAGES! It was the longest wait of my life as I proceeded from one stage to the next. I can literally feel the pressure in my heart building up. Now, I just have to go for the medical check up after I remove my braces (3 months later) and when I get through this last hurdle, the 4 months training at the SIA Training Centre will be so exciting and fulfilling for me (:
